Why am I being asked to create a new password?


The next time you try to login to Spiro, there is a chance you may be asked to create a new password. Why are we doing this?

Your data security is a top priority for us. With this in mind, we've decided to proactively add an additional layer of security for Spiro users who meet certain criteria. Specifically, users who have registered for Spiro with Google for Work that might have changed their Google password since joining Spiro. 

What should I do?

If you go to your Spiro and see that you're being prompted to create a new password, simply follow the steps on the page. That's it!

Note: If you initiate a password update but don't receive the follow-up email, check the spam folder of your inbox.
