Contacts are current customers that you need to check in with or are a potential lead with a future opportunity.
The benefit of storing these people as Contacts in Spiro is that now Spiro will help you track your communications, as well as help you store some basic information like their email, phone number and notes.
ADDING CONTACTS FROM THE WEB:
To add Contacts from the web, go to the "Contacts" tab in the toolbar. Once you are on the contacts page, click on the "New Contact" button.
Want to add contacts right from your inbox? Forward an email from a contact to email@example.com with "create contact" in the body of the email. You can find a full list your Email Assistant's commands here.
ADDING CONTACTS FROM YOUR PHONE:
If you're using Spiro on your mobile device, you can also add a contact by going to the Search tab on your mobile app - this can be found on the bottom navigation bar. After going to the search screen, click on the + sign on the bottom right.
You can use people from your phone book as a starting point by clicking on the little address book icon.
