If you are having issues setting up your email Exchange, here are a few possibilities.
Supported Versions of Exchange
Spiro supports any version of Exchange after 2010 sp 1. Spiro also supports Office365.
If you're having trouble setting up exchange, please refer to our how to guide for finding your server.
If you're company requires you to log in to a VPN before accessing your email, then you might not be able to integrate your email with Spiro.
Try logging in with the “Other” email type instead of Exchange.
Using Outlook Doesn't Always Mean You're Using Exchange
If you're still having issues, it may be possible that you aren't even using Exchange. It's a common misconception that just because your company uses Outlook, you have Exchange in the backend.
If you aren't sure if you are using Exchange, try logging in with the "Other" email option or "Office 365".
